Rang Jmac asking for help to do a small job. No problems they were out, fixed the problem and checked out the air con whilst they were there. Their customer service is outstanding and the staff are the best. Thank you for your help Jmac

I called JMAC to come and service our air conditioning system. To my surprise, we were able to get an appointment within seven days and the young guy who came out was really helpful and pleasant and was able to fix it within a couple of hours. It was just a case that the ducting in the roof had all come apart. I am really thrilled with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone else looking for a professional company who don’t charge an arm and three legs. Thanks guys

Many thanks to the professional team at JMAC Air Conditioning Mandurah. A special mention to the first point of contact Admin/Customer Service girls Kasey & Kim. There empathy and understanding to my needs was second to none. What a great affordable quote supplied. Charlie servicing our aircon unit on site was equally at a high level and a great bloke to match. Keep up the high standard JMAC as I believe your are the future benchmark of your industry. Will recommend your business name to any future prospects.

I've used JMAC for 6 years and will continue to. They have installed and serviced both my ducted system and a split system. The systems were serviced last week. The work was completed with the upmost care and thorough servicing by Harry and a younger lad. Harry's customer service is exceptional and his caring nature guiding his younger work colleague was evident.

JMAC recently installed our air conditioning, and we were extremely impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of work. We had a unique installation request that several other companies either couldn't or wouldn't do. Jason and the team delivered exactly as promised! We highly recommend JMAC to anyone looking for reliable and skilled air conditioning installers.

Highly recommend JMAC Jason, the crew and the office staff were all very friendly and helpful. JMAC did an excellent job on installing our new air-conditioning system very clean and tidy. We were having trouble setting the new system up on our phones, they sent someone out to set this up for us it was all done in a few minutes. Thank you JMAC!
